Media Day Coverage
Yesterday was one of the most hectic (and exciting) days of the year. The first daytime workout, otherwise known as LumberKings Media Day took place. Our two local reporters, Jon Gremmels of the Clinton Herald and Steve Batterson of the Quad City Times both wrote excellent articles previewing the LumberKings.

Loved the game last night. Scott seems to be a manager of his word. Loved that he steals, hit and runs and attempts bunts and 1 was successful in the 9th to steal one. Love small ball but it is nice to see a towering home run once in awhile. And also cudo’s to our pitching staff for getting the job done great victory boys and a big “LET’S GO KINGS” hey Scott is only 146 more victories from a championship!
Yay! Baseball is back! Have a great season!
